Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Processing time at your bank or payment provider may vary.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange period from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions below.

• The item must be in its original condition.
• The dress may be tried on only to confirm size and fit. It must not be worn for birthdays, weddings, parties, ceremonies, or other special occasions.
• The item must be free from stains, damage, washing, alterations, or signs of use.
• Please include the original packaging if available.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Size Assistance & Fit Support

If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering and provide your child's age, height, bust, waist and shoulder-width measurements. For short dresses, you may also provide shoulder-to-knee length; for long dresses, provide shoulder-to-floor length.

Please measure your child while standing naturally and compare the measurements with the size chart.

Size Exchanges

For standard-size dresses, contact us within 30 days after delivery for help with an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.

Custom Orders & Personalized Dresses

Custom orders may include custom colours, custom sizes, personalized designs, or special modifications. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue or manufacturing defect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photos so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution. This notice period does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before returning an item and wait for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges under this voluntary policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing; your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable under this voluntary policy unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or applicable law requires a refund.

Statutory Consumer Rights
