Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local shipping conditions.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please contact us before returning or exchanging any item.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will provide our warehouse return address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.

2. Return and exchange shipments must be sent within 30 days from the date the original order was received.

3. Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

Returns or exchanges without tracking information will not be processed.

4. Any promotional gifts received with your order must be included with returned items.

If promotional gifts are not returned, the retail value of the gifts will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. For exchanges, customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.
