Returns & Exchanges

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

The dress may be tried on only for size and fit confirmation, but must not be worn for birthdays, weddings, parties, ceremonies, or other special occasions.

The item must remain in its original condition and must be free from stains, damage, washing, alterations, or signs of use.

Please contact us before returning or exchanging any item.

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

1. Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.

2. Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

3. Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information when returning or exchanging items.

4. Returns or exchanges without tracking information will not be processed.

5. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

6. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
